OUR SERVICES
STAINING CONCRETE
-Acid Staining is one of the most popular applications for concrete surfaces which give’s color with a beautiful, variegated and mottled appearance. It reacts with the minerals in the concrete new or old, transforming it from ordinary to a rich look of granite or marble. The effect is very random depending on the concrete (age, mix, condition, ect.). We also use a water-based stain that we are able to achieve a much larger color selection and have much more control over the end result, giving a more custom look that suite the clients interest.

SKIM COATING
-For those older existing concrete slabs that may not be in good condition for staining we use a cement based compound that can be applied paper thin to resurface the existing slab, and essentially give a new surface to work with.

1) Why concrete?
For starters it’s easy to maintain, clean, allergen free, doesn’t harbor dust and pollen, the life of the floor will far surpass that of most floor coverings such as carpet, vinyl tile, wood flooring. It can also endure water in case of a flood, no worrying about water damage, as far as your design options they’re almost endless with color and decorative saw cuts.
2) What kind of maintenance is required?
As far as maintenance goes you have your regular dusting/dry moping, occasional wet mop, and then once a year depending on the foot traffic and wear, a coat of wax will need to be re- applied.
3) What can I do to protect my floor?
If your chairs and furniture has sharp edges felt patches should be placed on the bottoms to prevents scratching and marring of the floor, avoid using strong cleaners(chlorine based, solvent, oil, vinegar), wipe up spills, never tape directly to floor, and avoid dragging sharp objects over floor.
4) When is the best time to stain during the construction stage of a floor?
